In our initial meeting, KPM provided a very accurate assessment of the value of our home and had a very good understanding of the real estate market in our area. Prior to listing our home, KPM made an accurate observation of items to modify and/or upgrade to help us sell our home as quick as possible at the maximum sales price. KPM coordinated these modifications and provided competitive bids from vendors that did quality work. They kept us updated at all times regarding the status of showings, and provided us with good advice as to how to handle the requests from potential buyers. They were very effective in promoting the sale of our unit, and part of that is due to their network in the area. Once we had a buyer, KPM was very persistent and consistent in their negotiations to help us get as close to our asking price as possible. They provided very good communication & follow-up from the time the contract was signed until closing.
